Tiny Houses is run by Ulla and Jens from Mad og Ro - a fantastic and profitable collaboration that will hopefully be expanded with more rental locations.
Just over 6 years Ulla and her husbond moved to the scenic Stevns. We rent out our annex and now think the time has come to expand the accommodation options with Tiny Houses and Shelter. We rent only through AirBnB.
We are very fond of animals and have 2 dogs ourselves, Kayser, a Gl. Danish Cocker Spaniel, very large and very loving, Liva, a King Charles Cavalier, easy and sweet to get along with, Cats, barn cats who, however, like the warmth of the room a lot and finally we have trotting horses on the property. There is a rich bird life on the property and in the surrounding nature
Ulla - after 40 years working in the financial sector, trained systemic coach and stress counselor, something new and different had to happen. We found this gem of a property which holds so many possibilities. The meeting with the many happy people who use our accommodation is inspiring and makes me want to do more in that industry.
Flemming has just completed 50 years working, including several years in Africa for FLS. Trotting is his great passion and Flemming continues to go to races in several places in Denmark.
On site you will also meet Miranda, our faithful and skilled stable girl. Miranda has just begun her racing career in trotting and we are very much looking forward to that - a star is born.
Who are we?
You get your own cozy house with private entrance, 96 m2 on 2 floors. Living room, kitchen, bathroom + 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each + sofa bed for 2 in the living room. Access to lovely large garden. All facilities below included.

2 beds, table + 2 chairs, table for preparing food.
There is no running water in the cabins, water is collected close to the cabins. Toilet and shower in the main house. 2 chairs and small table outside.

SHELTER
For the annex, we have both books and children's books for ages 0-10. If you are going to have a calm place to work, we have a dedicated workplace, as well as wireless internet and Ethernet connection.
We have free parking for your car with us.
Bring your pet! Pets and service animals are always allowed; we are animal lovers and have both horses, dogs and cats on the property.
You get access to a lovely garden if you prefer to stay on the farm rather than go around the local area. Outdoors, you will also find furniture and a dining area, a barbecue with charcoal and other accessories, as well as a fire pit.
There is access to a public beach only 5km from here. Stevns offers a range of nature experiences all year round!
We have central heating and an additional portable heater, not to forget our outdoor fire pit.
Forgot to pack a towel? It doesn't matter, because we offer both towels, cotton bed linen, pillows and duvets, and blackout curtains. Towels and bed linen are included in the price in the annex and for a fee in the Tiny House.
You won't lack anything for your clothes, because we have a wardrobe with hangers, a free washing machine in the house, and a tumble dryer.
You will have a kitchen equipped with everything you need; fridge, freezer, pots and pans, kitchenware and cutlery, and basic ingredients such as salt, pepper, oil, etc.
And you don't have to worry about the dishes, we have a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, kettle and toaster.
Of course, the children must come along and enjoy our beautiful surroundings. For them, we have of course provided a free-standing high chair, baby bed and baby gates.
